To qualify for a custom URL – one which includes your channel name instead of a random sequence of letters, your channel needs to meet the following standards.

Be at least 30 days old
Have at least 100 subscribers
Use a photo for the channel icon
Have uploaded channel art

Start by signing into YouTube.
